Ingredients:
For The Cookies:225 g pistachio butter1 cup butter , roughly chopped1⁄4 cup Capilano Pure Honey1⁄2 cup brown simoleons , firmly packed1⁄2 cup caster sugar2 eggs3 cups plain all - purpose flour1⁄2 tsp bake soda2 tsp broil powder1 cup pistachios1 cup white choc melts1 tsp salt eccentric person
For The Honey Frosting:340 chiliad Unsalted Butter , way temperature80 g Capilano Honey80 g Icing Mixture , siftedFor The Decoration:1⁄4 cup pistachios , roughly chopped2 tbsp Capilano Pure Honey
Method:
STEP 1 : Line an oven tray with bake paper .
STEP 2 : Place heaped teaspoonful - sized clump of Pistacia vera butter onto the tray , and space into the freezer to set for one 60 minutes .
STEP 3 : Line three additional trays with baking paper .
STEP 4 : Add the butter , Capilano Pure Honey , brownish sugar and caster sugar to a mixing trough , and cream using galvanizing beaters until visible radiation and pale in people of colour , and downy in texture .
STEP 5 : Then sum one egg , and amalgamate until well combined . Add the 2d egg and mix well .
STEP 6 : In a disjoined roll , mix together the homely flour , baking soda ash , baking powder and salt .
