There are thousands of reasons why people choose to cheat on their spouse. Some are just superficial, and others are a lot more complicated. If you’re a man who has ever cheated on his spouse, I want to know why.
For example, maybe you married someone you really liked because they were a good partner on paper, but you didn’t truly love them. Then you met someone at work, and they were the first person you actually felt like you could be 100% yourself around. You continued getting closer, started an affair, and fell in love with them.
Or perhaps your reasons were much simpler. Maybe you and your spouse hadn’t been physically intimate in months. Then, one night, you were at a bar with friends, ended up flirting with a stranger, and then started an affair with them.
Or maybe you really like athletic activities, but your spouse didn’t at all, so you joined a running club to make friends and met someone there. You slowly became friends, started doing all the sporty activities your spouse hated, and had so much more fun with them than you did with your spouse.
Or perhaps you met someone who you found significantly funnier than your spouse, and their quick wits and shared sense of humor were incredibly attractive to you.
