Mandy Moorecalled out a fan’s frustrating response to her post about the Georgia school shooting.

The shootinghappenedWednesday at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, leaving two students and two teachers dead and nine more with injuries.

A 14-year-old suspect, who was a student of the school, was taken into custody and has beenchargedas an adult, law enforcement officials said. Police have alsoarrestedhis father on charges of second-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and cruelty to children after “knowingly allowing” his son to possess a weapon, per CNN.

In the wake of the tragedy, devastating text messages between students and their loved ones have emerged online, capturing the frantic moments after the shooter opened fire.

One of these conversations was shared on Instagram by gun reform organization Moms Demand Action, which Mandy then reposted on her story.

“If this doesn’t terrify and infuriate you, then you’re not paying attention,” Mandy wrote.

Someone then DM’d her and said, “I love you as an actress. But as a Georgia teacher…keep your views on your state only.”

Mandy, who currently appears to reside inCalifornia, quickly called out the absurdity of the message as she shared a screenshot of it to her story. “I’m not sure what the logic is here?” she began.

“I can’t have a view on a catastrophic event (and something that happens across this country regularly btw) because I don’t live in that state?”

“Be blocked and blessed,” she concluded.

Sometimes, that’s all you can do when people are being so ignorant and insufferable — block and move on. I’m glad Mandy called them out first, though, and I’m thinking of everyone affected during this senseless tragedy.
