Maya Rudolph’s schedule apparently just got a whole lot busier.

DeadlineandCNNreported Wednesday that the actor will return to impersonate Vice PresidentKamala HarrisonSaturday Night Livethrough the 2024 presidential election.

Harris, the presumptive Democratic nominee, is expected to face off against former president and Republican nomineeDonald Trumpfor the Oval Office.

TheSNLalum, who was a cast member from 2000 to 2007, has returned to the show numerous times since as both host and guest actor.

She’s currently up for two Emmys this year for the episode she hosted in May. Shepreviously won Emmysin 2020 and 2021 for appearances on the show, during which she played Harris in both episodes.

This includes an ongoing stint portraying Harris, which began during the 2020 presidential run when the politician first sought the Oval Office and later ran as Biden’s vice president.

It has not been announced which actors will play Trump and his running mate, J.D. Vance.SNLcast member James Austin Johnson has most recently portrayed the former president on the show.

BuzzFeed has reached out to NBC for confirmation of Rudolph’s return toSNL.
