Some thing are just plain no - nos .

Like working in any industry, being an employee gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the good, bad, and everything in between that comes with a job.

So, if you’ve ever worked at a fancy restaurant, I want to hear from you!

What’s something you’d NEVER do at an upscale establishment while visiting as a guest? Chances are you’ve learned a thing or two after dealing with so many patrons.

Maybe you never complain about long wait times or no tables being available if you didn’t make a reservation in advance?

Perhaps you avoid making substitutions on the chef’s special because doing so ultimately defeats the dish’s purpose? Allergies are an exception!

Or, maybe you try not to cop an attitude if there’s a mistake in the kitchen because you know shit happens now and then?
