" I really appreciate everybody who ’s curious to see if we will have another kid , but I do just want to send it out there that recollect to be thrifty when you call for this question because you never jazz what ’s happening in someone ’s biography . "

Bindi Irwin has always been open and honest about her journey to motherhood.

In March of 2023, she candidlyrevealedshe has endometriosis and how she struggled with 10 years of pain while trying to actually get a diagnosis. Inan Instagram postfollowing surgery, she wrote, “Trying to remain a positive person & hide the pain has been a very long road. These last 10yrs have included many tests, doctors visits, scans, etc.”

Bindi also wrote, “Things may look fine on the outside looking in through the window of someone’s life, however, that is not always the case. Please be gentle & pause before asking me (or any woman) when we’ll be having more children. After all that my body has gone through, I feel tremendously grateful that we have our gorgeous daughter [Grace]. She feels like our family’s miracle.”

Then, in August of 2023, Bindi once againpolitely askedpeople to stop consistently asking when she and her husband, Chandler Powell, would be adding to their family. Inan interview with People, Bindi said, “And someone asking you, ‘Why aren’t you having more children? It’s your responsibility to have more children.’ It breaks your heart because we all have a different journey and a different story.”

She concluded her interview at the time, saying, “I wish more people would pause before asking, ‘Why aren’t you having more children?'”

And now, a full year later, Bindi is once again respectfully answering the “Will you be having more children?” question.

Recently, Bindi and Chandlerasked fans to submit questionsfor them to answer on the Australia Zoo’s YouTube channel. They got a ton of amazing questions about the zoo, animals,Crikey! It’s the Irwins, and more, but according to the couple, the “most asked question” was about expanding their family. Chandleraddedthat they often get asked that question “daily, if not more.”

InPart 2 of the Q&A series, Bindi and Chandler addressed the question, with Bindi beginning by saying that she has “a lot of feelings about this question.” Chandler began, saying, “And Bindi, a lot of you may already know, she went through a big journey with endometriosis. And basically, it was an absolute miracle that we had Grace.”

He continued, saying, “We love Grace so much and are reveling in every little moment we have with her, with our little miracle baby. So we are so happy with our little family at three.”

Then, Bindi talked about her feelings about being asked this question all the time, saying, “I really appreciate everybody who’s curious to see if we will have another child, but I do just want to send it out there that remember to be careful when you ask this question because you never know what’s happening in someone’s life. In a family’s world.”

She continued, “Everything may seem fine on the outside, and on the inside, their own personal journey might have been filled with turmoil and challenges, that you know, you can’t even fathom.”

Bindi said while she understands why a lot of people ask the question, and she “appreciates the kindness and good intent behind it,” she feels it’s a very tricky question for herself and many others who “can’t have another baby [or] can’t have a baby at all.”

“We feel very lucky to have Grace. She is our beautiful girl, but she will probably be our one child,” Bindi said in the video. “So, she will be our one child. But, you never know. Maybe, maybe we’ll be blessed with another little one down the road. That would be incredible.”

Bindi also said she hates using the term “only child,” explaining, “Grace is OUR child. She is our one beautiful, perfect, amazing little girl. And every single day I think about how lucky we are to have her.”

She concluded by sending love and support to “everybody out there who is on their own women’s health journey” as well as reminding people to think before asking when someone will have a child or if they will have another because you never know what’s going on behind the scenes.

Bindi’s mom Terri Irwin also shouted out her amazing daughter’s ability to be “open and honest” with the world:

I’m so glad Bindi feels comfortable sharing her endometriosis and motherhood journey with the world because I think so many people benefit from it. ❤️
