Bella Hadid’s boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, gave a rare insight into their Wild West relationship.
As for who Adan is, he’s literally a cowboy — and a successful one at that. According to hiswebsite, “Adan specializes in training and showing cutting horses; excelling at the highest level. In addition to his own success, he continues to have top level amateurs & non-pro riders within his program as well.”
Earlier this year, Bella soft-launched her relationship with the cowboy via apictureof them holding hands by some horses. Since then, she’s gone on to share photos of her supporting Adan at a rodeo, captioning it, “Leader of the fan club.”
In an episode of the podcastAlong for the Ride with Andrea Fappanipublished earlier this month, Adan was asked how things were going with Bella. “I can’t tell you how happy I am,” Adan replied, “I can’t tell you how fortunate I am. This young lady is one of the kindest, biggest-hearted, and sweet person…I mean I didn’t know God made ’em like that. How beautiful she is on the outside is nowhere near compared to what she’s like as a human being.”
Calling himself “fortunate” to have her in his life, he continued, “I think she deserves the best and I’m trying to get my business and my life and my time, get it all to where I can share that with her. She loves horses.”
“We met at a horse show,” he continued, noting that it was a little over a year ago. “It went in a positive direction. She puts up with me and she loves me and I’m head over heels for her.”
Though he said that appearing on TMZ was a “shock,” Adan revealed that Bella initially moved into his trailer until recently. Bella has since bought her own place in Texas, as he said, “I’m working on building a home. It’s gonna take me a little bit but she bought something that was a good investment for her.”
“She did do the 5th wheel happily. It was badass. That 5th wheel has always felt small and then you get somebody that you enjoy spending time with and that 5th wheel went from a 5th wheel to a fucking mansion,” he added.
Adan further said that it was meaningful to him to know that “material things” weren’t the most important part of their lives, saying he thought, “Man, maybe this is the rest of my life here.” He further detailed how Bella would wake up at 2:30 a.m. to bring people breakfast during competitions, praising her for being “consistent,” “uplifting,” and “positive and warm” — and that the two had just been on the road together for seven weeks.
