Like if you deep it :(

Instagram user,Shane Smith put a question up on Threadssaying: “I’m seeing a lot of Americans saying they want to move to Australia. As an Australian, what have we got that’s so appealing?”. Here’s what people had to say:

1.An experienced America-to-Australia traveller made an extensive list which included “no tipping culture” and better fashion

" As an American who move to Australia I can well say Australia is the better option . The dispute I ’ve noticed are : serious healthcare / more low-cost healthcareLess gunman furiousness due to exacting accelerator pedal lawsSmaller population = smaller school population ( take in for a more personal schoolhouse experience)Government support / benefits easily outgo what America has to offerBetter quality intellectual nourishment / boozing ( more regulated)GST admit in priceLiveable lower limit wageNo tipping cultureFashion is beneficial "

2.Another said, " The answer is it’s what you haven’t got that tempts us"

— @ubergeek4u

3.Apparently “Drop bears, wacky senses of humour, best beaches and outback [and] friendly people” are enticing

— @deniecej_brady

4.There was suggestion of Australia’s “durry packaging” being the most appealing factor

— @surgery_carnival

Durry = cigarette , just FYI .

5.An Aussie who shared that they lived in Western New York for six years mentioned that they could “write a thesis on why Australia is better than America

" I ’m an Australian who live in Western NY from 2018 to 2024 . I moved back in January 🤷 🏻‍ ♂ ️.

Healthcare , no guns [ and ] rational politicians ( our most conservative Prime Minister at least had the redeem caliber of being a volunteer fireman too 🤣 ) . Plus our state are approximately of a similar size but we have 280 million fewer people here in Australia , so there ’s a mountain more space ( from an American linear perspective ) . Better school and good hospital . I could compose a thesis on why Australia is better than America . "

6.According to another replier, Australia’s reponsible for “Best coffee in the world even at the dodgiest place”

" I could not consider — when in the US — how uncollectible the umber is there . "

— @jewelledtopaz

7.Besides the other obvious mentions like better healthcare,@itchbay2000had some other ideas:

" estimable and comparatively cheap healthcareAn excellent study - life balanceA impregnable culture built around strong-arm activity ( swim , surfriding , row , cycling , footy , netball , rugger , etc . etc . etc.)Councils that really expend taxis on city / region improvementsA serious consignment to public guard ( including strong gun laws)A sentiency of humourFun animals ( so many parrots ! ) "

8.And finally, “Meat pies” could convince you to make a flight
