Every country has their stereotypes, but it sort of feels like Canada has more than many other countries. Like, the number of Americans (and other people, but mostly Americans) who think we live in igloos, or that Canada is actually part of the U.S., is actually pretty surprising.

But there are also some stereotypes about Canada that are, well, pretty TRUE. So, one Reddit userasked, “What is the funniest/most true Canadian stereotype in your opinion?” Here are some of those answers:
